SALES AGREEMENT PROVISION- ADOPT CODE - TYPE 2
The parties to this contract for the sale of goods specifically intend that the provisions of Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code of [State of Code] will control as to all aspects of this contract and its interpretation, and that all the definitions contained in it will be applicable to this contract except where this contract may expressly provide otherwise.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
